Coinlyswap Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026 · Applies to coinlyswap.com and the Coinlyswap protocol.
Our commitment in plain English
- Coinlyswap is non-custodial. We never collect, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
- We do not sell your personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- No private-key tracking. Wallet addresses are processed strictly to make the protocol work; nothing more.
01 Wallet Data & Blockchain Interaction
When you connect your wallet to Coinlyswap, we process your public wallet address only to power features you've asked for: rendering your dashboard, displaying balances and history, routing swap intents, and submitting transactions to the smart contracts you choose to interact with.
- Wallet addresses are inherently public on the underlying blockchain — they exist on-chain whether you use our interface or not.
- We never request, store, or have any access to your private keys or seed phrase. Those credentials live exclusively on your device, inside your wallet.
- Transaction signing happens entirely client-side, in your wallet. We only see signed payloads after you have authorized them.
02 IP Addresses & Security Logs
Your IP address may be temporarily processed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, strictly for operational purposes:
- Routing optimization — serving requests from the edge location closest to you.
- Performance — caching, compression, and standard delivery metrics.
- Security mitigation — detecting and blocking DDoS attacks, scrapers, credential stuffing, and other abusive patterns.
IP addresses are not used to build advertising profiles, sold to third parties, or correlated with your wallet activity beyond what is strictly required to keep the service online.
03 Information We Collect Automatically
Our core operational philosophy is data minimization. We collect very little, and we deliberately avoid gathering any personal information that is not strictly required to keep Coinlyswap running.
What we do not collect
- Names, email addresses, or physical addresses.
- Government identification of any kind (passports, driver’s licenses, KYC documents, tax IDs).
- The above are only ever received if you voluntarily reach out for direct support — in which case we only see what you choose to send us.
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallets generated through the site. Wallets created in the interface live exclusively on your device; they never reach our servers and we have no way to recover them.
What we do collect, transparently
We do process and collect IP addresses. To be fully open about this: IP processing is unavoidable for any service delivered over the public internet, and we'd rather tell you exactly why we use it than hide it.
IP addresses are handled temporarily by our backend infrastructure for these reasons only:
- Network protection — keeping the service online and resilient.
- Routing optimization — serving each request from the edge location closest to you for performance.
- Security threat mitigation — identifying and blocking DDoS attacks, malicious bot activity, scrapers, and credential-stuffing attempts.
These IP addresses are not linked to your real-world identity, not used to track your browsing habits, and not used to build advertising or behavioural profiles. They exist in our infrastructure only as long as needed to perform the operational task above.
04 Third-Party Services & RPCs
Coinlyswap is a front-end into public blockchains and third-party infrastructure. When you submit a swap, your request necessarily passes through systems we don't operate:
- External wallet providers such as MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect, and hardware wallets — once you connect, that wallet's own privacy policy governs how it handles your data.
- RPC providers and indexers that broadcast transactions and read on-chain state.
- The underlying blockchain networks — anything written on-chain (wallet addresses, transaction values, contract calls) is permanent and public.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any wallet or third-party service you use alongside Coinlyswap. We are not responsible for their practices.
05 Your Rights & Data Choices
You are in control of the off-chain data we hold about you. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of off-chain records associated with your contact details or wallet.
- Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate off-chain records.
- Deletion — ask us to delete off-chain records, such as temporary support requests.
- Analytics opt-out — disable optional product analytics via your browser's Do-Not-Track signal or by contacting us.
- Disconnect — you can disconnect your wallet from coinlyswap.com at any time.
Important: public blockchain data — your wallet address, your transaction history, the smart contracts you've interacted with — cannot be altered or deleted by us or by anyone. It is immutable by design.
